These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vibe mobile application (“App”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions & Payments

• Vibe is available through a subscription via Apple’s in-app purchase system.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.

2. Use of the App

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App or attempt to interfere with its operation.

• Upload harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

• Use Vibe for medical diagnosis or treatment — Vibe provides general wellness insights only and is not a medical device.

3. Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and software related to Vibe are owned by Vibe Computer Pte. Ltd. You may not copy, modify, or distribute without permission.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Vibe provides wellness and nutrition guidance only; it does not replace professional medical advice.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

• To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vibe is not liable for damages arising from your use of the App.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
